Our Commitment

sprealty is committed to ensuring this website is usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continue to improve.

What We Do

• Semantic HTML with a single, logical heading hierarchy per page
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements
• A “Skip to content” link for keyboard users
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• Real form labels on every input; error messages that identify the field
• Touch targets at least 44px on mobile
• Honoring of the “prefers-reduced-motion” system setting (animations disabled)
• Color contrast meeting or exceeding WCAG AA thresholds for body text and controls
• No information conveyed by color alone

Known Limitations

Some legacy theme components are being progressively improved. Property listing data provided by third-party IDX systems (once connected) may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control; we will choose accessible vendors where possible and add accommodations at our layer.
